Judge Richard J. Leon on Feb 15, 2019 denied federal workers the right to get paid for work they are forced to perform. Judge Leon has a long history of denying civil rights to the most vulnerable members of society. In the case Hardaway vs District of Columbia Housing Authority 1:13-cv- 01232: Judge Richard J. Leon dismiss a self represented litigant’s Americans with Disabilities Act, complaint 42 U.S.C. 12132, Rehabilitation Act, complaint 29 U.S.C. 794, and Fair Housing Act, 42 U.S.C. 3604(f)(1)complaint with prejudice for Lack of Jurisdiction. Judge Leon deny the self represented litigant motion to seal or redact medical records and published the medical records for the world to see on the open docket. Judge Leon refuse to allow the vulnerable self represented litigants access to the court by refusing to serve the self represented litigant “minute orders” or follow basic federal rules of civil procedure. The U.S. appeals court unanimous three- judge panel for the District Columbia Circuit overruled Judge Richard J. Leon dismissal order as “gross abuse of discretion.” Hardaway v. District of Columbia Housing Authority, №14–7144 (D.C. Cir. 2016). These violations are called Deprivation of rights under color of law 18 U.S. Code § 242. It is illegal for Judges to symptomatically discriminate against vulnerable Americans. When judges break the law they should be held responsible. Trump is stacking the courts with deplorable judges to cause irreparable harm for generations. When Dem or Rep appointed judges violate rights.
