Connecticuters bracing for the first winter storm of 2019 — Don’t forget to thank Curtis for your safety. Curtis is the whistleblower who drove snow trucks for the City of Hartford, who #SavedLivesGotFired for reporting life threatening hazards that saved connecticut citizens lives. What happens when employees do not report? — The NY limo accident that killed 20 Americans souls. People die when employees do not report. Everyday, working class Americans, especially in progressive Connecticut, are forced to drive an unsafe vehicle or be fired. You say there are laws to protect them. You are wrong! The law only applies to those who are rich enough to enforce the law. You might say this can’t be true? Not in America? Just turn to the case of:“Hardaway vs. City of Hartford” Everyday my brother makes the choice do I drive a dangerous vehicle or do I provide food for my children. Do I report these dangerous trucks to OSHA and be fired again. Last time my brother filed an OSHA complaint he was fired from the City of Hartford. You would think the City of Hartford would be grateful when an employee reports known hazards. Reporting hazards that would save Connecticut citizen lives. You would be wrong. Not when you are Vulnerable American. Just shut up and get back to work. If you report to OSHA and the City of Hartford is fined for their refusal to follow the law to protect workers and everyday Americans lives. You will be punished. Your 20-year career with no blemishes will go up in smoke. Now you will be seen as a troublemaker, and you must go. All Curtis wants is his job back, when you save lives and your reward for saving lives is getting fired! What kind of message is that sending the City of Hartford employees? Curtis worked for the City of Hartford for over 20 years. He saw life-threatening hazards and reported it to his boss at the Hartford’s Department of Public Works. His boss told him, “to shut up and get back to work.” So Curtis reported these life-threatening hazards to OSHA. THE CITY OF HARTFORD WAS FINED THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS! Curtis was FIRED. Curtis has been fighting the city of Harford for his job back. In settlement talks, the City of Hartford said they would give him more money before giving him his job back. But Curtis does not want money. He only wants his job back. Americans should not be forced to work in unsafe working conditions. When you report known hazards, you should not be fired. Now many of Curtis’s co-workers at the City of Hartford, see life-threatening hazards but refuse to report it in fear they would be fired like Curtis.Their boss says, see what happened to Curtis. You could be NEXT! The cost of accessing the court is so high and the City of Hartford has deep pockets. The City of Hartford Rather Wastes your Tax Dollars with high price lawyers than give Curtis his job back.

The Complaint I filed the complaint in 2016. To this day, my brother had no access to justice. The complaint is still in the complaint stage. Why? Due Process Suppression. Chief Judge Janet C. Hall preys on the lack of capacity of impoverished person with disabilities to deny us rights. On January 12, 2018, the 2nd Circuit Court confirmed this abuse by Chief Judge Janet C. Hall and ruled that Chief Judge Janet C. Hall acted as a defense lawyer and failed to follow basic federal rules of procedure, failed to accept all facts as true in the complaint stage, and “abuse her discretion.”

It was very clear that the court preyed on Hardaway’s lack of economic resources and lack of capacity due to his disability. I wrote to Chief Judge Hall and told her that her judicial abuse was preventing my brother from filing another OSHA complaint with his new job, Windsor Sanitation? I told her it would be on her hands when a white baby with blue eyes and blond hair dies.

“On February 9, 2018, a white woman with blond hair and blue eyes, Tatiana Vedentsova, died. In a way, I predicted how she would die. My brother gave his job two-weeks notice. “I cannot watch another death.” Why do we care about saving Connecticut residents’ lives more than the people who are paid to care?”

When judges abuse their power by denying equal access to the court. They are causing people to die every day. These deaths should be record, “cause of death” — “Due Process Suppression” but these deaths are disguised as accidents or natural cause. Let’s be honest Tatiana Vedentsova’s death was not due to a car accident. I have been warning government official for a year. Three weeks before the Windsor Sanitation deadly car accident that claimed Tatiana Vedentsova life. I wrote to Senator Blumenthal on December 26, 2017 warning him about Windsor Sanitation. I told him my brother could not report to OSHA because OSHA failed to protect him from getting fired for the City of Hartford last time he filed an OSHA complaint warning of imminent danger. Senator Blumenthal office never got back to us. I wrote to Senator Chris Murphy June 8, 2018 and October 2, 2018 never got back to us.

Emails to Senator Chris Murphy

The government claims they want people to report workplace hazards, but the government refuses to protect vulnerable employees when they do. Emergency Protective Order I filed an emergency injunction to get my brother job back at the City of Hartford, and my Emergency injunction was ignored for seven months and counting. My brother was forced to go back to Windsor Saniation dangerous working conditions due to Chief Judge Janet C. Hall refusal to rule on my emergency injunction. In fear of my brother’s life. I filed an OSHA complaint against Windsor Sanitation. I filed another OSHA complaint October 1, 8:58 am — seven days before the deadly limo crash that killed 20 people.

Kim Lisinicchia wife of Scott Lisinicchia who drove the limo said her husband complain about the conditions of the limo to his boss. My brother also complaint to government officials. Their complaints have fallen on death ears. Do not let my brother life end like Scott Lisinicchia. Somebody, please care. We do not need another deadly limo crash in upstate New York to happen again in Connecticut. When is someone going to learn from Tatiana Vedentsova death in Windsor Connecticut or the 20 deaths in Schoharie New York.

Example of Due Process Suppression

I wrote a reasonable accommodation request for the court to stop playing musical chairs with the court. Moving the case from Hartford were all the litigants are located to New Haven and now Bridgeport for no other reason but to place a formidable barrier to prevent a disabled African American man physical access to the court. I mean, the city of Hartford is next door to the District Court in Hartford, but still, Chief Judge Janet C. Hall moves the case to Bridgeport? She denied my request by saying the Federal Court does not have to obey the American with Disabilities Act. What next, the federal court does not have to obey the Civil Rights Act or the Constitution?
